    Download link doesn’t work 

    Hi,

    the Zuki download link doesn’t work anymore, your website says it is expired. I sent you a message via email (15 Nov) where you can find the link.

    Does this mean I have to buy Zuki again in order to get the latest update? Or how do I extend the validity of the link?

      Hi Chris,
      I just wrote you an email, usually a theme download link is only valid for one year starting from your purchase date. Of course you can use the theme as long as you want, but to continue to have access to new theme updates you would then need to purchase the theme again.

    I’m having trouble with the “Customize” option 

    Hello! I’m using a Child version of the Zuki theme for my blog (www.cualquiercositaescarino.com) and everything has been working right for a long time… but today I wanted to update the header image, and I noticed that the Customize option is not working correctly. The page loads, but it doesn’t give me any options (as if the theme is not installed, or something), and I can’t see the widgets or the options to change colors, or anything else.

    Do yo know if this has anything to do with the lates WordPress update? Or do you have information of anyone else having this same problem? It’s weird, because it worked perfectly before, and I haven’t moved anything additional (just new posts and comments).

    I’d really appreciate any help. Thanks!

      Hi there,
      I’m so sorry for this, there is an update out already (please have a look at the Zuki update infos). You would need to use Zuki version 1.1.3.

      I tried going to the download link (I purchased it in 2011). But the link says its expired.

        Hi @anitabora,

        in this case you need to purchase another 12 months of updates here. Your new download link will work again for 12 months after your purchase.

    Halli Hallo!
    Ich habe mir das schöne Onigiri Theme gekauft und bin leider scheinbar zu ungeschickt (…) es zu installieren.
    Am liebsten möchte ich es, wie und er Anleitung beschrieben, über den WordPress-Adminbereich hochladen. Jedoch existiert bei meiner Design > Themes – Seite nicht der beschriebene Installieren-Button… Über ftp klappt es auch nicht… hat zufällig jemand auch diese Erfahrung gemacht und eine Lösung parat? Bin etwas am verzweifeln…

      Hello! I’ve been having some trouble with featured images in Zuki when I share my posts in Facebook and Twitter… because Facebook doesn’t seem to recognize the featured image, and ends up using the second image available in the post. When I share the post is not that big of a deal, since I can upload another photo that works, but that’s not the case for people who “like” my posts directly from the website or share them using the Simple Share Buttons plugin.

      I tried using the plugin you suggest in your blog post about Facebook images, and it works for when I post, but the problem remains for when other people share my posts, and also it doesn’t work for when I share my posts in Twitter (it keeps grabbing the second image).

      I’m creating a new message for this because the other one was old and I’ve noticed old messages don’t get much attention, and I really need to solve this soon. I’d really appreciate any help.

            Hello Mark. I already managed to fix the Facebook problem… but I’ve noticed it doesn’t work when people share the posts using the simple share buttons. It doesn’t work for Facebook or Twitter (it just grabs the second image on the post, so not the featured one). Any ideas on how to solve it?

          Hello,
          I’m sorry for my broken english, but english isn’t my main language.
          I bought Zuki Theme a month ago. For one week, i’ve been trying to configure the design but two main problems remain.

          • When you add the recent post (background) widget, is it possible to change the color for one but not for the other. Let’s say that I have 3 recent post (background) widget. I would like to make the first one blue, the second one green and the third one blue. Is it possible to do it ? how ?
          • There is a space between the front page slider and the post content 1 and I this it’is too wide.
            What can I do to close the gap?
          • I would like to disable the fact that featured pictures are shown in the recent post (background) widget in the front page ? Is it possible ?

            Hi David,

            to change the background color or hide the featured image on individual instances of the Recent Posts (background) widget, you can use CSS code. To minimize the gap between the slider and the next widget area you can use CSS code as well.

            Please understand, that we cannot provide help for individual customizations in the forum, but if you post a link to your actual website, I can give you some example code.

              Hi Ing,

              I’m very sorry for your troubles with Moka in Chrome. I’m already working on official updates for all themes that are having this issue. It is caused by an Chrome update and the FitVids responsive Video script included in the Moka theme. Therefore I had to update the FitVids script it it’s new version 1.1. You can already download Moka again via your download link and install the theme again and the bug should be fixed.

              Please let me know, if you have further questions or if you are still experiencing the issues.

              Technisches Problem mit diesem Forum 

              Hallo,

              mir ist vor einiger Zeit aufgefallen, dass ich in diesem Forum keine Posts mehr machen kann, wenn ich das Formular verwende, das beim Aufrufen des Forums direkt erscheint. Ich versuche es zwar immer wieder, aber es klappt nicht. Stattdessen kann ich Posts nur absetzen, wenn ich in das Backend gehe und im WP-Dashboard Posts wähle, und dort “Add New” anklicke. Dann klappt alles gut.

              Ich verwende Chrome, habe es aber auch mit Firefox probiert.

              Bin ich die einzige, die Probleme hat?

                @tomson, @Kai: Vielen Dank für eure Hinweise, ich werde das Forum-Theme auf jeden Fall noch einmal testen. Es wäre super hilfreich, wenn ihr mir noch einmal kurz Bescheid gebt, in welchem Browser ihr arbeitet, damit ich das Problem besser nachvollziehen kann.

                Vielen Dank und ich versuche so schnell wie möglich eine Lösung zu finden.

                  @ellen: Ich nutze meistens Chrome, habe es aber auch schon in Firefox probiert (als es wiederholt nicht ging). Erst dann bin ich auf die Idee gekommen, ins Backend zu gehen und dort ein Post abzusetzen.

                Dorayaki – Problem mit Portfolio 

                Hallo zusammen,

                erst mal Kompliment für dieses wirklich coole Theme.

                Ich bin ein wordpress-Neuling, komme aber immer besser damit klar.

                Jetzt ist es aber leider so, dass ich Probleme mit der Darstellung der Portfolio-Boxen habe. Ich habe auch schon alle Beiträge zu diesem Thema durchforstet und auch alles ausprobiert. Leider rutscht bei mir die 2. Box immer nach unten, sprich sie ist nicht auf einer Linie mit der 1. Die Bilder sind jedenfalls gleich groß, regenerate thumbnails habe ich auch schon versucht. Leider ohne Erfolg.

                Wo liegt hier das Problem?

                  @emkade: Hallo, es hat den Anschein, als hättest du das Portfolio-Widget zweimal eingefügt. Bitte prüfe das in deinen Widget-Einstellungen.
                  Lege bitte eine Kategorie für das Portfolio an und weise diese Kategorie jedem Portfolio-Artikel zu. Danach füge bitte nur einmal das Portfolio-Widget in dem entsprechenden Widgets-On-Pages-Bereich ein und setze den Kategorie-Slug auf den, der vorher angelegten Kategorie. Nun brauchst du nur noch auswählen wie viele Elemente angezeigt werden sollen.
