      Hi Ellen.

I have recently started using your WordPress Theme Kiore Moana, and I love it to bits. But in my last two post the comments area does not wnat to appear at the end of my blog post. I have checked my settings a million times and everything is as it should be.

When I go to “inspect element” in my browser is shows:

” Thus the div is there but it is empty…?

      Please help.

      Kind regards
      Elsa Vogts

        Hi Elsa,

please try to change your theme to a default theme like twenty-*. Then check again if the comment area is being displayed. With deactivated comments, there should be no DIV at all. If the problem is not theme related, you should try to deactivate your plugins, maybe one of them is interfering with the comments.

Transferring Kiore Moana theme from a wordpress.com domain to my own domain.

Hi, I purchased the Kiore Moana Theme for my wordpress blog elsavogts.wordpress.com but I would like to move my blog to my own domain, will I be able to access the wordpress.org theme files based on my original purchase. Or do I need to purchase the theme agian.

        Please advise.

        Thank you

Hi @elsavogts: Unfortunately the two theme files do not work on both platforms (self-hosted and WordPress.com), so you will need to ask for a refund in your WordPress.com dashboard first (you can do that within 30 days of your theme purchase). Then you can purchase the theme again directly from our Elmastudio website to receive the theme zip file that you can upload to your self-hosted WordPress site.

Since WordPress.com has a little bit different system unfortunately this is the only way to go.
          Best, Ellen
